Enfant Lune (2018)
Parallel Radio Interview :
Can you tell us a bit about you?
I’m a french raper (got a rap band with Orelsan named “Casseurs Flowters” – French translation of “Wetbandits”, the two guys from “Home Alone”), I’m also a comedian (got myself involved in 5 movies since a big one year). I am currently working on my first rap album available by September 2018.
How would you describe yourself?
I’m kind of a lonely guy definitly exploring both the sad and dark sides of human being and its relationships. That’s what my music is about…
What other career could we imagine for you?
Acting is a field I’m starting to explore andI’d like to keep diggin’. It’s an other good way to study myself, people’s behaviours and environments that we cross.
What Music means to you?
Maybe the srongest way to transmit deep emotions.
We are curious at the office, some exclusive details about “Enfant Lune”?
“Enfant Lune” litteraly means people suffering of skin illness, who can’t be exposed to the sun’s rays. A metaphoric way for me to explain my interior life and thougts, my loneliness and dreaming sides.
Favorite project you worked on?
All the projects I’ve been involved in, but this first album is definitly my stressfull and liberating experience!
Your worst nightmare? Most beautiful dream?
My worst nightmare would be to be stuck in this life forever. My dream is to succeed achieving things to light this burden up (actually I’m not dreaming that much…)
A movie I’m in- released in November called “Les Chatouilles”, selected at the Festival de Cannes this year in the category “A Certain Look”.
…What were you doing Saturday night?
I was watching “Her” from Spike Jonze with my girl and realized he was writing way better than me!
What do you have in your pockets right now?
I got my bank card, a lighter and a quarter of Lexomil (sleeping pills ndlr) ahah.
…A last word in french for our french readers?
A quote from Jean-Jacques Rousseau : “Un honnête homme n’aura jamais de meilleur ami que sa femme”.
