Parallel Radio Interview :
Can you tell us a bit about you?
I’m a music geek and one of the most rap obsessed humans on the planet. I have about 5 jobs; making Viper magazine, doing radio shows, DJing, hosting and now making clothes!
How would you describe yourself?
A multi-tasking creative with a lot of passion for what I do. I’m down for anything, I love adventures and being abroad.
What other career could we imagine for you?
When I retire, my dream is to have an ice cream van and make all the ice creams myself so I can have wild flavours. If not music then I’d love to do something creative still, in fashion or interior design. I think I missed my calling as a racing driver though, I learnt to drive way too late!
What Music means to you?
Literally everything. When I’m sad, I can lift my mood with music, and when I’m tired, it keeps me awake. An instrumental can make me cry, music has such a huge emotional significance to me. I think I was destined to work in music, just didn’t realise my love for music could lead to a career.
Favorite project you worked on?
Probably Viper, it’s a magazine I created from scratch all by myself. And people find it beautiful and interesting so I feel like I did a good job of making it. It’s definitely the hardest project I’ve ever worked on and the one I’m proudest of.
Your worst nightmare? Most beautiful dream?
I have recurring dreams/nightmares of being trapped in a theme park. I always wake up just as it starts to get traumatic and scary.
I’m expanding viper as we reach our fifth anniversary, so we’ll be doing video content now as well as clothing later in the year.
What were you doing Saturday night?
BBQing in my garden with friends with strawberry cocktails. I love being outside all day in summer! I was supposed to go to a Places and Faces party after but had work early on Sunday morning…
What do you have in your pockets right now?
Nada, I’m wearing a dress! In my bag I have headphones, keys and my phone, plus a little make up (lip liner and gloss)
